IDEAL FOR ALL SEASONS

Located in the center of Morzine you can quickly reach all shops and all the ski areas of the Portes du Soleil since you are at the foot of the gondola Super Morzine direct connection with Avoriaz, 300 meters from the other Morzine les Gets ski area and ski school, both areas being connected by a free little train shuttle all day long.

In the summer enjoy a large sunny garden with tables, chairs, parasol, sun loungers, bathing beds, table tennis, swings, barbecue. You also have a private parking, a local and mountain bike cleaning area. Overlooking the sports complex of Morzine, you will have easy access to all the amenities of the park Dérêches: swimming pool, tennis, ice rink, horse riding, skate park, tree climbing, fishing in the river, hiking and mountain biking.
